We strive to display the colors and images of our products in the store as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that any color displayed on your monitor will be precise.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The prices shown include VAT where applicable.

4. SHIPPING

The estimated shipping time is 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimated, and we cannot guarantee deliveries on specific dates.

5. RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product.

5.1 RETURN PROCEDURE

1. Money Refund (only applicable for warranty cases and right of withdrawal):

   • Via transfer (savings account, checking account, manual savings): it is processed approximately within five business days after receiving the product back in our warehouse.

   • Via payment reversal: fifteen business days after receiving the product in our warehouse. This reversal is managed by your bank; for any inquiries, you should contact them directly.

   • Product Exchange (Subject to inventory availability at the time of the exchange). Exchanges can only be made for products of equal or lesser value than the original, and the difference, if applicable, will be delivered as a coupon for a new purchase in the online store. If there is no availability for the exchange, the product's value will be provided as a coupon for a new purchase.

   • Coupon for a new purchase (This coupon is valid for six months from the date of creation).

2. Product Exchange (Subject to inventory availability at the time of the exchange). Exchanges can only be made for products of equal or lesser value than the original, and the difference, if applicable, will be delivered as a coupon for a new purchase in the online store. If there is no availability for the exchange, the product's value will be provided as a coupon for a new purchase.

5.2 PRODUCT CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

The product must be returned in optimal condition, without signs of use, with the original tags or, if they have already been removed, you must include them in the packaging. Once the product is received in our warehouse, we will verify its condition, and based on the results, you will be sent a new product or provided with a coupon for a new purchase.

7. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS
